Hi, I'm Halil.

I'm a Senior AI Engineer at INFINIT, building AI for fintech. I own risk engineering for SME lending within a business that operates with over $300M for client financing through INFINIT Capital.

I also contribute to INFINIT's broader AI products: voice agents for customer calls, assistants connected to business data, and automated workflows. My background spans credit risk, audio, and music AI, from models to production platforms, with evaluation, automated testing, and reliability at the core.

I also enjoy experimenting with AI-assisted development. Claude Code, Codex, and OpenCode are part of my everyday workflow.

  • Small obsessions

    I am very into mechanical pencils. Favorite lead: 2015 batch 0.5 Tombow. Favorite pencils: GG 500, Orenz Nero, and Orenz.

    I'm moving from Ghostty to Rex . The rest of my day-to-day toolkit: Helix, Herdr, lazygit, yazi, and Flow Control.

  • Off the clock

    I've played Football Manager on and off for 21 years, from CM 03/04 to occasionally jumping into FM26. Mandatory joke reference.
